Welcome to the West Bridgford Coaches Corner. This is an area designed especially for coaches. It will include material for training, courses and a forum where ideas can be discussed and shared. The site will continue to be updated throughout the season. To start off we have been granted permission by Green Star Media to put up Dan Cottrell’s sessions and training clips (please do not share this with anyone else as it will infringe copyright) and over the season we can start to share training exercises that really work. My first recommendation is the intense defence in the all-rounders document.

Anyway, I hope these are useful and I look forward to adding more as the season goes on.
