A wonderful performance against a very strong Southwell RFC 2nd XV brought well deserved celebrations at Stamford Road.

The much anticipated match, 1st v 2nd didn't fail to disappoint the supporters with a superb display of high quality open running rugby by two very good teams.

As the game progressed, West Bridgford proved too powerful for the brave and well drilled Southwell team. Bridgford scored 7 tries and ran out 41:14 winners, which secured promotion with a game still to play.

A wonderful season for the team, captained admirably by Dan West.
