Hi all my Christmas Elves,
Christmas Get Together after Training - Sunday 21st December
For ALL age groups - U6 up to U18s
The club house will not be ready by Sunday 21st December, so it was decided at the Junior Committee Meeting that the venue should be moved down to Nottinghamians RFC at The Water Sports Centre. (One of our alternative grounds for anyone that hasn't been down there yet.)
Training will be shortened - 10.30am - 11.30am
Sessions should be fun games, with as little rugby as possible, and a Christmas theme (obviously!)
Each age group will not have much space due to all age groups down there so please organise your games accordingly.
All coaches are to be in fancy dress (otherwise they will have to pay a forfeit) and the more children dressed up, painted up, revved up the better.
Any good suggestions for games will be appreciated.
Space Hopper Football or races seems to be David Howard's favourite - hmm - too much coffee I think!
Raffle
Ken, from the U13s will organise a raffle.
Two prizes to be donated from each age group, please.
Please get donations to Ken as soon as you arrive.

Hot Drinks
Hopefully coffee and tea will be available for parents.
If not, I will be asking for a Christmas Fairy to volunteer.
Cold Drinks and Alcohol (!!!!)
I am going to arrange for beer, wine, lager etc, as well as non-alcoholic cold drinks to be available from behind the bar.
Hannah Evans has agreed to man the bar already. Hurray!
If someone wants to arrange for Santa to visit, even better!!
It'll be great for all age groups can support this event as we have not managed to get together as a club this season.
If I have missed anything off, please let me know. (This brings back all those memories of organising my children's parties.)
Thanks
Chief Elf
