The U6s had a great session last Sunday, with all the boys enjoying the story warm up. (The next chapter starts at spotting a pirate ship while we are on our surf boards at the seaside!!)

By splitting the group up meant that everyone got involved in a variety of different games and skills.
In my group, even over the 10 minutes that it took, I saw a huge improvement in the boys; having their hands up ready to catch the ball, running past the coach and turning to pass backwards. Well done!

Many thanks to the parents that helped out, and I hope that you will continue to do so over the next four weeks while I am away. (NZ v Argentina, hubbie in hospital, RWC duties at matches-Sorry)

Training this Sunday 20th September
We are back at Stamford Road.
10.15 meet for a 10.30 start.
Look on the plan at the club to see where the U6s are located. (Usually on the other side of the cricket pitch.)
Hopefully there will be bacon buttes for sale and bar open.

Graham Atkinson, Chris Roddis-Ferrari, Darren Bone and Ned Roberts will be taking the session.
I am trying to get some additional help as well.
