Like Phileas Fogg, who completed his trip around the world on 20th December we too have completed our travels for the year after last weekends successful trip to Lincoln.

We were involved in a triangular series of matches with both Lincoln and Mansfield, the boys as ever, showing a great level of skill and enthusiasm. We were even treated to food after the match and mercifully hot dogs were on offer (avoiding another 'pastagate' scandal). Thanks to all of those who attended.

Star of the Week was Dan- well done!

There will be an even more relaxed training session of sorts this week with obstacle courses (subject to obstacles being found) and other fun activities we hope. The club are planning to supply food (possibly another hot dog!) to the boys, with a fuddle, the kitchen and bar open, and even a film in the club house!

Finally you will be disappointed to hear that there will NOT be training on January 3rd - you will need to make your own entertainment on this day - with the rugby re-commencing on 10th Jan. Details to follow.
